2016 Updates:

Project Name: Towson Row

Location: Towson, MD

 Caves Valley Partners is developing the one million square foot, $350 million Towson Row development on five acres bounded by York Road, Towsontown Boulevard, Washington Avenue, and Chesapeake Avenue. The mixed use development will include about 200,000 square feet of Class A office space, 350 luxury high-rise apartments and condominiums, 200 limited service hotel rooms, 300 exclusive student housing units, and over 100,000 square feet of shops and restaurants, anchored by Whole Foods Market. Over 1,500 garage parking spaces will serve tenants and customers.

Project Name:  Towson Circle

Location:  Towson, MD

Retail Properties of America (RPAI) will begin work on a mixed-use redevelopment of the area around Towson Circle in 2017. AvalonBay will partner with RPAI to redevelop the property by adding apartments and redeveloping retail on Joppa Road.

Project Name: Towson Mews

Location: Towson, MD

Evergreene Homes is developing Towson Mews, a community of 35 luxury townhomes, centralized community green space, and upscale streetscape and landscaping located on two acres southeast of the intersection of East Pennsylvania Avenue and Virginia Avenue, west of the Historic East Towson neighborhood.

Project Name: The Shops at Kenilworth

Location: 800 Kenilworth Drive, Towson, MD 21204

Greenberg Gibbons has begun work on a $20 million renovation to The Shops at Kenilworth, a landmark shopping destination in Towson, transforming the 2-level mall into 154,000 square feet of shopping and community gathering place.
